The design includes a multi-phase approach to allow construction operations to be performed with minimal impacts to adjacent patient, visitor, and hospital services.

The project included sculptural elements that were informed by historical, contextual, and evidence-based research. Material selection includes weathering steel, stainless steel, and coated steel to maximize visual contrast while utilizing compatible alloys.
Fraser + Fogle Architects was lead consultant for a feasibility study examining an existing National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration boathouse in Scituate, MA. The multi-purpose boathouse included shops, labs, and storage on the pier level; and bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper level. The study was part of a National Marine Sanctuaries Master Plan which included NOAA facilities in California, Washington, and Hawaii.
Fraser + Fogle Architects provided architectural design, planning, & facility assessment services for the adaptive reuse of an existing WWII-era building located within the historic district at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The design accommodates multiple tenants and called for the re-purposing of existing vintage cabinetry for use throughout new laboratory space.
Fraser + Fogle Architects was the lead designer for a design-build project to construct a Child Development Center on Whidbey Island, WA. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification by the US Green Building Council and received an award from the Society of Military Engineers.

Fraser + Fogle Architects is working on a community outreach and design research project currently in development as a Parklet. The term Parklet is used to describe the conversion of a parking space into a small public park with the objective of activating existing streetscapes by expanding the pedestrian realm. The Parklet is designed to accommodate people in a variety of seating and standing positions and is shaped to the human body while providing protection from the elements.

The combined 1935 & 1942 building houses a fire station, industrial shops, and multiple administrative tenants, with a modernized cafeteria that has been operational since the building's inception.
Fraser + Fogle Architects was lead consultant for concept design to re-purpose multiple historic facilities into interpretive centers for public education at Presidio Park in San Francisco, CA. Concepts included visitor centers with a focus on marine habitat and climate change, research components, and interactive workshops and exhibits.
Fraser + Fogle Architects is providing architectural design and construction support services for the complete renovation of a pedestrian point of entry in the CIty of Bremerton. Perforated weathering steel panels will be installed over an existing reinforced concrete structure. The panels will patina over time and provide a quality that honors the industrial character of the site and a modern interface with the City.
